पंजाब के मलोट डबवाली रोड पर लंबी के पास आज एक चलती कार में आग लग गई। लोगों ने बमुश्किल आग पर काबू पाया। डबवाली से लंबी की ओर आ रही एक चलती गाड़ी में आग लग गई। उन्होंने अपनी गाड़ी रोकी और मौजूद अन्य लोगों ने ड्राइवर को गाड़ी से बाहर निकाला और बड़ी मुश्किल से आग पर काबू पाया। उन्होंने बताया कि आग लगने से कार क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई, जबकि ड्राइवर को बचा लिया गया।

पटना उच्च न्यायालय के ब्रीथ एनालाइजर टेस्ट पर दिए गए फैसले पर अधिवक्ता शिवेश सिन्हा कहते हैं, 1971 में सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक फैसले में कहा गया है कि चिकित्सा न्यायशास्त्र के अनुसार शराब पीने के लिए एकमात्र निर्णायक सबूत रक्त परीक्षण और मूत्र परीक्षण है। हमारे मामले में, रक्त और मूत्र परीक्षण नहीं किया गया था, और केवल ब्रीथ एनालाइजर परीक्षण के आधार पर, एक प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई थी। इसलिए, पटना उच्च न्यायालय ने सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के फैसले को दोहराया है कि ब्रीथ एनालाइजर परीक्षण को शराब पीने का निर्णायक सबूत नहीं माना जा सकता है। उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम के तहत, केवल इस आधार पर एफआईआर दर्ज नहीं की जा सकती है।
